1. Terms of Service

MEKs is a Windows desktop application and subscription service for TikTok Live streamers and MCN agencies. By purchasing an activation code and using the app, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with TikTok's own terms.

Each subscription plan includes a set number of devices. Sharing your activation code beyond the limits of your plan, or attempting to bypass licensing, may result in suspension of your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.

• Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and may change with notice.
• Activation codes are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment.
• Refunds are handled case by case — contact support for billing questions.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to operate your account and subscription: your email, billing details, and app/license usage. Live session data processed by the app stays under your control and is used to power the features you enable.

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted payment processors to handle transactions and never store full card numbers on our servers.
